In-Person Coaching

Train with me one-on-one for a fully guided, hands-on experience. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and progress, with real-time coaching on form, technique, and intensity. This option is perfect if you want structure, accountability, and immediate feedback every step of the way. (Only available in the Raleigh area)

  • $50 per session

  • $200 for 5 sessions

Remote Coaching

Get a customized training program and ongoing support designed to fit your schedule and lifestyle. With online coaching, you’ll have a clear plan, regular check-ins, and direct access to me for guidance, adjustments, and accountability—so you can stay consistent no matter where you train.
