About Me
My name is Sam Shoe, and I’ve been on my own fitness journey for over 10 years. Throughout that time, I’ve studied and experimented with a wide range of training styles, always focused on learning what truly works. Every program I create is built from the same question: What would I have wanted when I first started?
I’m a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and my mission is simple—to help you train with confidence, clarity, and purpose. I believe fitness should be structured, effective, and sustainable, not confusing or overwhelming. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, my goal is to give you the tools, guidance, and motivation to make real progress and build a healthier lifestyle you can maintain long-term.
